Dr. Chasen, is a very caring Gastro doctor and always answers my questions. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Pollack has been my GI doctor for several years. He is always very helpful, thorough in his diagnosis and takes the time to listen to my issues. I've recommended him to family members and friends over the years and he'll continue to be my GI doctor of choice going forward.
I had a wonderful experience with Susan Taylor and the staff. Susan was very knowledgeable and caring. She did not rush through the appointment and took the time to explain everything even though she was providing me with written instructions.
Hands down best experience I ever had in a doctors office. Amy went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed.
She explained the process, regarding what to expect. She also asked the necessary questions before she started.
The only thing I dislike about this practice is that you cannot schedule future follow up appointments past 6 months. Being I have several medical problems and visit doctors often I like to get appointments on my calendar.
Dr. Ali was extremely knowledgeable, patient and not at all condescending. He listened to all that was going on with me unlike the other doctor I had seen there who was extremely rude. I'm glad I didn't move to another practice just because of one bad experience.
