Dr Karp has an excellent bedside manner. He is kind, considerate, and inspires confidence. I woke up from my colonoscopy completely unaware that the procedure had already happened, except that the clock was 2 hours later than when I shut my eyes. It was a very positive experience, nothing to worry about, and Dr Karp was a big part of that. I have ALREADY recommended him to friends and neighbors.

I can't say enough amazing things about Amy Stewart! Amy is a fantastic gastro nurse practitioner?. She is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and skilled. I never feel rushed during the appointment, and Amy's bedside manner is terrific - she is friendly and a great listener and I feel comfortable? discussing any issues. Capital Digestive Care on K St is also an efficient office with friendly staff - I never have to wait to be seen and it is easy to schedule appointments. Highly recommend!

Dr. Culbert is warm, friendly and immediately made me feel that 'everything was going to be ok' as soon as I met her. I've been seeing her for 2 years and I wouldn't see anyone else. She's truly concerned with her patients' well being and is thorough with exploring the "why" instead of just make symptoms go away temporarily. Thank for curing my stomach pain!
Based on 16 years experience and several procedures, I recommend Dr. Kim highly. We have a good rapport, he is patient in answering questions and explaining things. He listens. He and his staff have helped me navigate changing insurance coverages to be sure I have prescriptions that work for me. While I usually see him at the Columbia office, the ambulatory endoscopy center in Laurel got a recent rework. They’re very efficient there, and I feel I get good care.

My son is a Colitis patient of Dr. Shah's. She has been a literal life-saver for him. She absolutely cares for him and calls to check up on him if she hasn't seen him as frequently as she likes. During a recent hospital stay she called and texted us constantly to keep abreast of what was going on and at 11 pm was up compiling and forwarding pertinent medical records for me to give to the doc at the hospital. My son avoided unnecessary surgery becuz of her intervention!! We love love love her!
