Everyone involved in preparing me for testing was courteous and professional. This was my first time for this procedure (colonoscopy ) and I was very nervous. The staff was wonderful in assisting me to be comfortable. A great big Thank you to Dr Neumann and his outstanding staff at Harbor View Gastro and Liver Spec.
Dr. Wooten is the kind of doctor who follows the philosophy that medicine is a partnership between the patient and doctor. He has always explained everything to me in terms that any lay person can understand. He has asked pointed questions to make sure that I fully understand all the risks of doing or not following his suggestions. His office is very receptive to inquiries and he and they respond to phone calls within a reasonable amount of time. I sincerely trust his judgement.
I am considered a high risk patient and as such I need a very special kind of gastroenterologist for my colonoscopy. Dr. Wooten is that gastroenterologist. I have severe scaring in my intestines as the result of radiation many years ago. In the past I have had horrible experiences with colonoscopies due to the incompetence of the practitioners. Dr. Wooten understood my concerns and walked me thru the entire process before, during and after the procedure. He is professional in every way.
Dr. Bhinder is an exceptionally smart, compassionate and skilled physician. He took a great deal of time to talk with me and explain things. He asked questions and actually listened to my answers. He's performed thousands of the procedure that I need, which also increased my comfort level. My family doctor recommended him by saying, He's the best. And I believe it!
Dr. Culbert was professional and courteous. I would recommend her to anyone that needs care.
First class care! Fabulous bed-side manner, made me and my family feel comfortable and explained things in a way we easily understood. Highly recommend.

He's a wonderful diagnostician. After seeing a primary care physician and another GI who were unable to help, Dr. Stern treated me and I got the results I needed! He's patient and takes the time to answer any questions. He's extremely thorough, and orders tests that he deems necessary.
