Great corporate furnished apartment!! Great corporate furnished apartment. Close to Osceola where the steel mills are. Nice people. I like that I ask anything and they get right back to me. They allow pets and I've enjoyed meeting the neighbors.
Great place to live! Great place to live...convenient location in good neighborhood. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and property manager responds to texts on weekends. Kitchen and flooring in my place is nice and laundry facility is clean.
Wonderful place to live!! I have lived at Capri Apartments for almost 3 years now and the new owners and management have done an amazing job cleaning this place up. They have remodeled most of the apartments, have security cameras up and it's a quiet place to live now. I've not had any problems whatsoever! The managers are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you.

Great place to live Today is my one year living here at the Capri Apartments and really love it here. The staff are really nice and treat you with a lot of respect. As for maintenance, they are really quick with the service request, the job gets done the first time and very friendly. Getting ready to sign another year. I seriously recommend this apartments.
Wonderful! Wonderful! Capri Apartments is a great place to reside with a wonderful staff that you can call on for any issues that you have! The environment is clean and the overall area is peaceful! There’s a pool area to enjoy, also. I would highly recommend Capri Apartments as your place to live.
Wonderful place to live I think Capri is amazing, the staff are always friendly and every time I see them they awlays have a smile on their face. The Maintenance men are usually promo and speeding on any work orders I have. I would recommend everyone to live in this community. Good place for working at Big River Steel Mill I stayed there while I was working on a project at the Big River Steel Mill. It was great for what I needed. Office and Maintenance staff were very helpful.
