Dr. Fanous and his staff was awesome! I was nervous about my surgery but they made me feel relax and comfortable throughout the process.
He is an amazing doctor! He and his staff are extremely caring and nice. They make sure you are comfortable, explain everything and they make sure you are not in any pain. I was 100% comfortable and highly recommend them!
First of all,I want to THANK all of the office and nurse personnel.They were extremely nice.I felt very comfortable from the minute I walked in the office.From my previous experiences,I was terrified of Dentist.My anxiety level went to 10 asap.He knew right away how I felt and was very honest but,kind with his words and explained to me how the whole procedure was going to be like.And,it was to the T.Very caring Dr and staff!!!!!Definitely recommend,five huge stars!!!!!THANK YOU THANK YOU
I'm a retired educator and new to Lubbock area. Dr. Fanous is in our teachers' insurance network and I am 100% satisfied with his professional care. His staff has worked diligently with both my medical and dental insurances. My husband's career has moved us from Houston to Austin to DFW so I've worked with great doctors. Dr. Fanous is one of my favorites!!!! So thankful we found him! Wouldn't go to anyone else!!!
The care I received after I got past the front desk was amazing. Seems like all my issues with medical/dental professionals is their front office staffs, the information they provide, and the confusion of getting into see the physician or dentist. Dr. Fanous was excellent at his procedure. I felt really comfortable being in his office. The staff were a great help. Everything was explained very well for the procedure I was having. I would highly recommend family and friends to see Dr. Fanous and his staff for any help with dental issues.
