Unfortunately, I have become a “regular” at the Car Crafters on Holly Street in NE Albuquerque over the last five years. I say unfortunately as I have been plowed into on the freeway, in parking lots, and even while immobile - never my fault - praise the Lord! After my first wreck, I was at a loss as to whom I should go for repairs, and gratefully, yielded to the wisdom of my insurance company. From that moment till now, I have NEVER regretted my decision. Very disappointed, car came out ok . But there was a warning light for the AEB system and Dillon told me it was because my windshield was after market and I needed a new windshield and a recalibration for the AEB. We'll I took it to the dealership and it had nothing to do with the windshield it was the under carrage camera that was incorrectly reinstalled when the bodywork was done. It cost me an additional $500. I tried numerous time to call Dillon and no response. I will not recommend carcrafters or ever have my car done... read more
