Everyone (from the moment I walked through the door) conducted themselves professionally while setting the stage for a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The office appeared clean and orderly. I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Everyone was respectful, gentle, and caring. The dental assistant was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. She ensured that I felt comfortable throughout my visit and explained each step she was taking. When the Dr. Cardinale came in, we had a pleasant chat in Italian. I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Cardinale for about five years. The receptionists have always been helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Dr. Cardinale is focused on any issues I might have, as are the hygienists who identify any concerns that need to be dealt with.
