We loved staying at Jason's apartment! The location is right across the street from one of the most beautiful coastlines in San Diego. Beach and sidewalk along the coast to downtown were all accessible by foot. I thought there was an ocean sound machine in the bedroom and it was the real deal. Heavenly!! I can't wait to go back! Comfortable furniture/beds and nicely decorated with a beach vibe. Thank you

This place is in an amazing location. There are beautiful views from the condo, and great to be able to step outside to the boardwalk and enjoy the beach, views, and sunsets. It is a short 5-10 minute walk in either direction for food and sight seeing. If you're looking for great local mexican food, head south to El Ranchero! I grew up in La Jolla and this place has been great for 30+ years. Five minute walk north to the children's pool and seal watching, and downtown la jolla. The check in process was smooth, all instructions clearly communicated. Entering the beach front Air B and B felt like a poster. Welcoming the sounds of the ocean, it was so breathtaking. Views of the ocean from almost every window, was so peaceful. The decor was very on brand with the area of La Jolla very upscale costal vibes. Amazing location with a side view of the ocean. Very comfortable place with all the necessary touches — coffee maker with coffee, washer with detergent. Jacob was amazingly responsive and quickly fixed a broken appliance. Highly recommend!

Check-in communication was very detailed and location is great. The water heater stopped producing hot water on the second day we were there. The host came out to fix it when we were away, but everyone ended up taking cold showers that night (presumably because there wasn’t enough time for the unit to heat the water after it was fixed). The following morning we still didn’t have hot water, so the host came out again the following day while were away to take another look. I stopped at the property with the plumber three times during your stay and we could not verify the issues with the hot water Heater you mentioned. as previously discussed with you, the hot water heater is a 40 Gallon tank (not tankless) that does take a few minutes of running the water to heat up. It also does have to refill and reheat once it's empty. This is normal for most homes in the area.
