Excellent Care. Dr. Guadalupe was excellent. Very thorough took her time, while being fast and getting me the medication needed. Would High recommend her. Staff is freindly and caring starting from Front Desk Brenda to medical assistant Roseany. Walked in feeling fatigued and ill and was treated and seen fast.

Dr. Amit Misra is a highly professional, competent, and compassionate physician who listens deeply and cares. When I casually mentioned a lingering health issue, Dr. Misra immediately identified what I was experiencing as a side effect of medication and changed the medication. I highly recommend Dr. Misra! 5 stars!
Wonderful experience… The Drs and the staff were so professional.. I’m usually anxious when I go to the Dr but everything went really well here. I highly recommend this location..nurse Lourdes was very pleasant and kind. Thanks everyone.

Care station was a great experience ....Springfield urgent Care location with Stanley M.A. and Dr Tillow M.D. had a physical blood test drug screening done with prompt efficiency, everything was easy and all my questions were answered and they seem to really care...I would highly recommend to anyone
Otavia Howard was very kind and compassionate. My son is on the spectrum and super sensitive. She made getting bloodwork and flu vaccine easy and quick. True professional.

Came in for a walk in. The two girls sitting together did not acknowledge me as they were on their phones and having a very loud personal conversation. Realized I had to use the kiosk to check in which was new but not that hard. The doctor was good and I was in and out. The front desk should be more considerate that we can hear their conversations.
