My PA is amazing, but there is absolutely no reason why, with the first appointment of the day (8am), I wasn’t taken in until 8:20. Again, my PA is worth the wait, but there was seemingly no reason for the wait, nor any acknowledgement.

My Dr. at the care station is the best. They have been caring trustworthy , and .empathetic for the past three years. Youcan make an appointment or walk in. Great care at a great cost.
It was 9:00 pm the wait was not long the service I received from the front desk was polite and the aid that waited on me that took my Vidal’s was polite and the PA Michael was informative and polite his care was good thank you
I like the idea that you can make an appointment within 2 hours. Your doctors are very knowledgeable and pleasant. I think the wait time to see the doctor is excessive. You get put in a room quickly but then you sit and wait about 45 minutes. That bugs me. One time there were no cars in the parking but mine. I waited almost an hour in that room. I said to the doctor. Are you letting people in the back door. Where were you. He laughed. I don’t get it. So I plan for an excessive wait. But I don’t like it.
Staff was very welcoming and friendly, as well as professional. Very knowledgeable in helping with my reasoning for coming in. Overall, great patient care!
Very helpful front desk person. She had to write down at least 10 medications that need renewal and was lovely about it.
The staff were very nice and the service was superior.
