I am a friend or relative of resident One star is not very well deserved, actually. Nice building, OK rooms. Food - you need to be very healthy and very hungry to eat that. Patient care - practically non-existent. You need to stay with your loved one all the time, so that you could hunt down a nurse or an aid when needed. Otherwise they'll never stop by, I don't think. They all have a lot of fun hanging around and chatting about stuff though. Even if you manage to find someone, takes perseverance and some begging to distract... read more

I am a friend or relative of a resident Care One was not well managed. We moved my mother out of there because there was a mixed up with her medication. So, I would not recommend it, if the family members were not close by to check in. The staff was over worked and that's why mistakes happened. The rooms were not clean and the food was not good.

I am a friend or relative of a resident Mother was in rehab in the fall. Rehab staff was excellent. The nursing care was terrible. the heating unit in the room did not work several days. Mother caught a cold post shower. The shower room did not have a heating element to warm the room, potential to avoid chill. The staff did not read about a diagnostic test collection so the test had to be repeated. It was terrible
