DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My nana was here for a simple hip surgery rehabilitation and never made it out alive. Staff were extremely short tempered with her right in front of us but she begged us not to say anything because she didn't want them to treat her worse. I wish I kidnapped her like that man kidnapped his loved one in the other Care One Facility; maybe then she would still be alive :( The social worker and manager are supposedly investigating her death for us but they must think we are stupid to believe that... read more
