I really like Dr Woodruff but the wait time is to long. You are asked to come 15 minutes early, so now you wait an hour, just to feel rushed and have her for maybe 10 minutes. I would have liked to review other options for wrinkles instead of just Botox. Otherwise, it was a good visit.

Totally Blew me away with the callous inexperience of the staff and insistence of calling me by my first name. The provider was very cavalier and seemingly untouched by the seriousness of my condition and tried to blame it on my use of hair coloring. The prescribed treatment medication was too aggressive for my face and I had a very serious reaction. I went to this provider because her background was very impressive and she had stellar reviews.
