It was a first time visit. Dr Carl was a great listener and he explained well the steps for my future treatments. It was overall a good experience.

My experience with Dr Smith is always great. He always greets me with a smile and makes me feel like I am a special person. He is very patient and shows great concern and empathy for my pain that I am experiencing. He listens to my concerns and feelings before he recommends a treatment plan. I love the way he involves his staff in my care. He is just a super caring person.

I've been a patient here for a few years now and have always received great service. The front desk ladies are always courteous and helpful and the staff, PAs and Drs have always taken the time to listen and help any way they can. DR. Smith is very patient and helpful and I hope to continue here as long as ineed care.
I was hoping to be worked in for cortisone injections prior to a week long trip that involves lifting and lots of walking. God bless Dr. Smith for working me in. Dr. Smith and his staff are top notch. Highly recommended!!

I could not walk due to a back issue 18 months ago. Dr Smith has been seeing me since then and helped me over the months get 100% relief via an injection every 3 months I saw him a week ago and it was the first injection since last May! He is so kind and so intelligent He explains everything he is doing and he has been such an encouragement to me. At one point I felt that I might never be out of pain, but since working with Dr Smith I have gotten my life back.
