Got a cold call asking if i wanted to sell my house, this is completely unprofessional.

Unsolicited phone call asking if I wanted to sell my house? Somewhat unprofessional. I don’t think that I would go with a realtor that cold calls me. A personal recommendation would go a lot farther and I would personally not recommend these folks. Somehow my personal cell number was in their system and couldn’t tell me how it got there. I have never done business with Carleton Realty. Beware of your personal info.

Save yourself the headache and use another Realty company. The buyers realtor for this company lacks experience and knowledge with the home selling/ buying process. Additionally his communication is terrible!

Looks like I chose the wrong Realtor. I used them twice. To rent a property and to sell my home. I should have never thought CS would do what's best for my interest. Unfortunate such a financial, emotional and personal situation was all about doing the least, making decisions of her own and constant pressure. Much less disappeared when I clearly stated I needed to find a home. AND that was a prerequisite to choosing a realtor. Just BS. Just an all around bad situation for 2 major events in my life. �
