Dr. Phucas and her staff are all exceedingly competent, happy, professional, and very friendly. The office runs like clockwork, calm, inviting, efficient, in spite of COVID changes. The waiting rooms and offices are sanitized constantly, and Dr. Phucas and her incomparable staff make you feel right at home. My second set of braces, first as adult, is coming along beautifully. My older daughter was treated at Carlyn Phucas 2 years ago and we had a great experience. My son is now being treated and I know we will have just as wonderful an experience. Each member of the staff from the time you enter until you leave, are all friendly, welcoming and such a pleasure to talk to. My son is excited for the process to begin.
