cleaning visit Everyone is always friendly. Today, the X-ray machine was broken and we had to go to another room. The whole appointment took 1 1/2 hours with no complications. I would like to be in and out in under an hour unless there is a special concern. I didn't like the hygienists recommendation that I use a prescription mouthwash to reduce inflammation last time I was here. Overall great experience! Overall great experience. As always, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My appointment began on time, and the cleaning was quick and easy. My hygienist was great per usual, gentle, and efficient. I enjoy seeing Dr. Timpton as well, he always ensures that everything is fine, and takes time to answer any questions that I have.
Great dental visit. Prior to the appointment I received several reminders about the appointment as request via email, text, and a phone call . My technician, Peggy, was professional and knowledgeable. She explained every step of the dental exam and cleaning process prior to actually doing ant task. She made preventive treatment options recommendations specifically for my case, explained the benefits and cost and did not pressure me either- just provided all the information and let me decide. My visit The staff is always courteous and respectful. Dr. Timpton is a friendly and awesome dentist. He is very willing with you in emergency situations! I have been a patient since 2006.

Excellent Service I've been going to Carmel Commons since I moved to Charlotte back in 2011. I'm always pleased with the superb level of customer service. Also I like that they offer appointments in the evening. For those of us that can't miss work during the day. As long as I'm in Charlotte this will be my 1st dentistry of choice!
Great Dental Experience The personal care I experienced at Dr. Timpton's Dental Office made me feel as though I was back in the old days, where I visited my neighborhood dentist and they knew my entire family. Dr. Timpton's office staff made me feel like family!!!
Enjoyed the professional, warm and friendly atmosphere . Very professional staff. I was treated with care and concern. I appreciated being informed as to what treatment was being performed and why during my examination.
