We moved into our new apartment this past weekend and Carmel could not have been better. From start to finish, they were warm, transparent, and professional. Prior to the move, they walked us through how the move would go and what everything would cost. They followed up with us the day before to align on timing and how to coordinate with the crew once they arrived on-site. Carmel movers were great. Ease of appointment, helped with packing as needed. Move went smoothly. Assisted with ideas for self storage in the area. Everything delivered from storage- in good condition. Helped set up furniture. Everyone we worked with was very personable.Highly recommend --went "above and beyond" .Reasonably priced. I have used Carmel Movers for two recent moves, including side trips to storage facilities. **** and the moving teams are professional and accomodating. They were very efficient and respectful of my possessions and how I wanted them placed. Nothing was damaged. Their rates were very professional with no hidden charges.I was very satisfied overall, and my daughter will be using Carmel for her upcoming move as well.************************************

In short, I was blown away by the Carmel team from the intake with **** on the phone to the moving team on the day of. The team was extremely efficient, clean, and careful! They were prompt, arriving right at their scheduled time, they were professional, and took the time to protect our new hardwood floors and carpets in our new home before they moved anything in. Carmel helped my daughter move into a new apartment. It was a small move but her furniture was very heavy and it was an extremely cold day. The crew was friendly, professional and very careful moving the furniture up the two narrow stairways of the apartment. They asked her where the furniture should be placed and made sure she was satisfied once they placed it. I have used many movers and these guys are one of the best, I would definitely use them again.

I was truly mesmerized by the experience. I had one really heavy piece of furniture and really narrow and twisty stairs. Carmel Movers moved it with such ease, I was amazed. They were quick and efficient. Even the booking process was super easy. **** was great. If I ever move again, I know exactly who I am going to call.

Carmel Movers was wonderful to deal with. Professional, organized and quick to answer our questions. They are a well-oiled machine - ****** was in charge on moving day and he led his 5 man team with efficiency. The crew was hard working and respectful. **** was behind the scenes with planning the move and made us feel like we were his #1 client. We are so pleased with the service that this company offered.
