Carol is exceptional at what she does. She is very communicative and it is obvious that she cares about her clients. She will meet with you in person and go over as many details as you need, and more, as many times as you need. Carol stays on top of it and that made us feel well cared for in our purchase.

Carol helped me buy a home in Pullman. She was very helpful, and always available by phone or email to answer my questions. She went above and beyond to explain how the loan would work and help me compare options. She made up at least 3-4 different amortization schedules for me so I could compare possible timelines and point buy-downs. I can highly recommend working with Carol!
