Fantastic lady to work with. Tremendous patience! Helped us navigate through the VA mountain of requirements and paperwork. Kept us updated on status on a regular (almost daily) basis as rates started moving. 2nd time with Carol (Hopefully the last for a little while!) but we will call her next time we buy.
