Liz was amazing! She just spent 3 plus hours with me and never seemed to mind that I changed my mind numerous times before I came to a final decision on my new furniture. I love that she didn’t one time use the “pressure sell” technique that I have had used on me before. She also helped steer me clear of choices I probably would have regretted later. I can’t wait to see my new pieces in place. With her help and Carolina Furnitures huge selection and great prices too. I plan on returning when I’m ready for the next room.

Have shopped with Carolina Furniture Concerts for more than a decade. I’ve always received the best customer service, the best prices, and have purchased quality furniture for my home. CFC has earned themselves a loyal customer with me.
Our salesman, Joe, was courteous and well informed. He showed us multiple options of the reclining leather chair that we were looking for. We were not impressed with the sales techniques that were employed. (He was probably just doing as instructed!) For example…telling us that he was going to get us a lower price than the one first mentioned by checking with the manager. Well when I walked in I was greeted by the wonderful staff and helped immediately. Not only was the staff very helpful the store was very clean and kept up. Keep up the good work you guys !!!
