I worked with Amy, one of the Sales reps. She was professional, answered my questions, and assisted me with my choices of fabric & color. Amy was extremely helpful; but did not use any pressure tactics. I took my time over several weeks to decide on what I wanted.

We took a long drive to Waynesville after talking with Amy of Carolina Furniture Concepts. They have a huge showroom and a great range of furniture options. Amy really listened to our needs and recommended the best options for our limited-space master bedroom. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with our choice.
