I have a propane tank for my generator. They do not ask me to top off the tank just send me a yearly bill for not using propane. I tried talking to them but no customer service, they assume and will argue with you. Now i have another annual bill and no one asked to fill my tank.
First we had our service dropped due to an error on the Orangeburg location part that caused us to run out completely of propane I said ok let’s resolve it and bought 200 gallon of propane to refill then I put our service on a as needed basis as in I will call when I need it. And set that on the website first of December 2024 and Friday 2-21-25 I had an auto delivery of 96.7 gallons I didn’t ask for. Have better customer service. Every time there was some price change for something crazy. When you’re on a route you should not have to worry about monitoring your tank. Especially when they fill your neighbors and skip you.
