I was told to arrive arrive at 7:45 to complete paperwork when I got there and waited for 7:45 no one showed up to about 8am. I was slightly annoyed however the ladies at the front desk was very nice, smiling and welcoming. I filled out my paperwork and waited for my appointment. Both sherry and Dr seok (hoping I spelled it right) were professional and explained to me what I need done and gave me the option to think on it instead of doing a bunch of work and dumping me with a high bill. I was in the office yesterday (11/3) for a procedure. Dr Yu was very professional and gentle. The staff is very courteous and friendly.
