Chronically late. Terry at the front desk is particularly rude. Poor customer service and shoddy work. Got a filling that fell out within a week. They would help me fix it. Had to go to another dentist and pay out of pocket.
DO NOT HAVE any procedure done until you ask for a invoice bill. This is the only dentist that will not accept full insurance benefits for a routine cleaning. They want the extra that the insurance did not pay. This was not my first dental cleaning either, previously they accepted what the insurance was to pay. They also tried to sock it to me on a root canal for money due after I paid the bill in full based on the cost of the procedure.
