I was originally sent messages daily from local management asking me to file reviews online because corporate was big into this. After doing so, the issues with moving in were resolved. However, during the entire time I lived in the building I was told multiple stories about the extremely unsafe and unsanitary flooding situation at the western entrance to the 2500 building. RecommendedI contacted Robin last week about renting an apartment. 4 days later, I was able to move in. She answered every question I had and made my move as easy as possible. The units and grounds are beyond clean and everything is in working order. The complex is quiet, safe, and pet friendly! I would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to contact Robin Trout. She’s the best!
