I was so scared to attempt to try to get approved for a home loan, but VanDyk Mortgage made the lending process so easy. With me trying to be a first time homeowner, I was reluctant about applying for a loan but my loan officer was very responsive, Informative and helpful. If I had any questions, Ms. Edgerson would quickly and clearly explain my concerns. I would definitely recommend VanDyk’s mortgage company to my family and friends!
Process was easy to follow, documents flowed electronicaly between 3 parties and 2 states.
Carrie was responsive, knowlegeable and always had a solution if any issues came up. She was always available for a quick text regarding my many questions and was a pleasure to work with!

This experience was clear and straight to the point.
Carrie answered all my questions, and no questions was a " dumb" question. She was very patient with me and truly amazing.
There was great communication. They explained everything making our first time home buying experience feel easier. And the team worked with us for about two months to make this happen! :)
