Unprofessional Management and Poor Move-In Experience I was really excited to move into this apartment community; My lease officially started on June 27th, and during signing, Miriam told me the fob to access amenities and tags weren’t ready yet, but I could pick them up the following week. No problem, I figured since I wasn’t moving in until July 5th anyway. On July 5th. I would not recommend No know will ever pick up your call or call you back for that matter. On day of move in my apartment was not move in ready and bathrooms were disgusting. Don’t sign anything until you do a full inspection. I really had high expectations of the property because of the reviews. Don’t be fooled by their good reviews and don’t sign until you see yoke actual apartment. I wished I could up load picture to show how nasty my supposedly apartment ready was.

I would love it if the apartment management brought some solutions to the table with regard to my wall color. Shortly after we moved in the apartment color scheme changed. That was fine with us, until we wanted some touch-ups in our apartment. We were told by the previous management team that the paint was no longer available. Too many residents... (Verified Renter) Too many residents don't respect the rules, they don't take their pets to designated areas, cars that are not functional sitting on the lot.

I've lived here... (Verified Renter) I've lived here twice and since 2015 the landscaping is not up to par. This area is nice and I feel that the landscape could reflect that.
