Excellent service and skills, professional, friendly Dr. Butler and his staff are professional and very knowledgeable about providing best course treatment suggestions, as well as pros and cons of proceeding or not, allowing patients to make informed decisions about their care. With Karen retiring, I'll admit that I was a bit nervous. The best part of all of that is. . .there was absolutely no reason for that. Susie was wonderful!
Best in Kerrville Dr. Butler and staff are the best! They are extremely friendly, willing to listen, thorough, and work in an office with state of the art equipment. Kudos, as well, to Amy, one of Dr. Butler's hygienists. She's definitely on top of her game, and very gentle. Instills comfidence This was my first visit with Dr. Butler. The staff is very efficient and friendly and the office is modern and clean. I was taken to an examining room promptly and the dental assistant had my history and took an Xray in short order. Dr. Butler was timely and very professional. He asked me about my history with the tooth in question, showed me the problem on the Xray and outlined a treatment plan that makes sense. Check back with me in a couple of months and we'll see if the treatment plan works!

Very professional, friendly and compassionate. I am starting to feel more comfortable with Dr. Butler & his staff, they explain just exactly what they are going to do before any procedures & why they feel that particular procedure needs to be done and if you have any questions, they are answered.

Good and thorough cleaning! Had me teeth cleaned today by Suzie, a new hygienist and she was informative, thorough and quite pleasant. Based on this experience I would easily recommend her. I've used Dr. Butler for 16 years and highly recommend him also.
