Karen is wonderful and always does a great job. We are lucky to have Dr. Butler and his staff in Kerrville. They are all caring, pleasant, knowledgeable and skillful.
The best dentist I have ever had. He is always up to date on knowledge and has up to date equipment.
Everybody in the office is most professional and courteous. I was totally pleased with the care. Dr. Butler is up to date and most adept at his work. The office has advanced equipment - I couldn't believe they constructed a crown while I was waiting and installed it, all in less than 2 hours!
Excellent personal customer service from every staff member; office staff, technicians, and Dr. Butler! All aspects of services are explained in detail, ample opportunity to ask questions, prompt adherence to appointment schedules, and all insurance issues are handled quickly and competently. All this, and in the waiting room? They top it off with the best coffee set-up around!!
Excellent experience all the way around. Great customer service, friendly atmosphere, and Dr. Butler takes the time to really get to know you and provide clear communication about the work performed on his patients.
Going to Dr. Butler's office is more like visiting friends than going to a dental appointment. Everyone there is so friendly and strives to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I appreciate Dr. Butler and all of his employees.

Dr Butler and his staff are top-notch professionals who never fail provide excellent care and attention. The quality of their work is what counts with me. I have been to two other dentists locally and none can compare with them.
Amy was wonderful. It is never fun to sit for an hour in that setting and she was pleasant and made the entire visit almost painless. She explained everything she was going to do at each step.
