Very unhappy as to unprofessional f/u in communication for appointment and CHANGE IN LOCATION! I am a disabled veteran and utilize a power chair just to get from room to room. I can not afford a mobility van and had to use walker to get to office after parking in front of building as I did not know entrance is around back across the entire distance of parking lot. You have no excuse for such blatant disregard to communicate as you are dealing with folks that have various debilitation conditions.
