Horrible customer service. Had an appointment today that was confirmed yesterday. First girl called to say can I come in early so they can close early and then they call saying CDC demands they close at noon. Get your story straight. Time to find a new dentist and not recommend this place again.
Stick to the time quoted for appointments not twice as long, don't upsell patients with unnecessary bills for procedures not needed, and explain what "processing" is when you get patients to break up your high bills over 24-48 months. Instead of pulling patients' credit without permission. (My visit was very recent, on 3.25.19)
I use to work in this office until today, my name is Charles a lot of patients know me and even complimented me on my mannerisms there never had any issues with anyone or so I thought. One star is too much. I can't sleep at night due to the horror of the experience I had at Carrollwood Smiles with Dr. Jeongyun Kim and Jeffrey Ferraro.
Charged me $60 for Xrays that I already had from another dentist not 4 days prior and I didn't even get a procedure done. Very disappointed.
Unbelievable prices & Not in a gd way! Team was very misleading & says what the patient wants to hear NOT reality! Told me after 1 old school Xray consultation that I cld come bk tht very week & leave with a brand new smile (top teeth)- I was over the moon, they got CareCredit involved & rolling for me & when I left I was estatic & under the assumption I'd be returning 2 days later for a reconstructed upper smile.
