I was helped out by Charles and I can’t be more satisfied with how everything played out. He was very helpful with any questions I had and was able to make the process as easy as 1-2-3. Especially with it being an out of state purchase, I was a little skeptical at first, but I am very happy with how things worked out.
Answered questions but not pushy Friendly too
Vehicle I was interested in unfortunately had sold. Dealership reached out and let me know, asked if they could assist any other way and let me know of comparable vehicles they had. Professional and friendly.
Michael was very courteous. We arrived and he brought the truck over. Let us leave in it and drive around. Had already done my credit etc. to qualify for the truck and had it of been what we really wanted we could have done paperwork and been out in very little time. We get did offer me a lot more for trade in than any other car dealership. I would definitely work with Michael again if I found something there

I was in contact with Chris for the 2014 Ford 250 which I really liked but the dealership doesn't deliver I live about a thousand miles away Chris was very helpful and you had a very good attitude I appreciate that
