My experience with carsandpickups.com was very underwhelming. The gentleman that contacted me, a few days after inquiring, seemed to be annoyed with providing customer service. Very short with answers with questions I had. Then, they gave me a really low trade in offer and he laughed when I said in my area I had two offers that were $3k hire for possibly trades. I was 100% going to purchase this truck but the salesman changed my mind.
The dealer answered the questions we asked in the beginning. But once they received the funds, the agreed-upon terms changed & there were additional cost to get the vehicle shipped that we did not agree to, confirmed both in writing and over the phone. Our truck could not be shipped until we covered the cost that was added on after the fact. The person that I spoke to seemed very uninterested in making a sell to say the least.
did not want to work on the price at all. People were rude. not willing to work with the customer to purchase. One of their vehicles wanted crazy prices for base model vehicles except for tires.
