I was updated in the progress of my car for the first week or so. I was given a date when the car was expected to be completed. I called on that day since I had stopped receiving updates at the beginning of the week. I was told that some parts were still not in and they would let me know. I never received a call from them until Monday, August 16th. These folks are Best of the BEST!!! USAA my insurance has them on the Pref Car Shop List and I have had two family episodes when I needed their professional care. My daughter and I picked up her car after some front end work including the fender, headlamp, and tire/rim. She drove it home ON THE FREEWAY about 9 miles. She later drove to school for an event and THE TIRE FELL OFF OF HER CAR. Fell off!!! Lugs in the rim were stripped and literally just vibrated out. Will NEVER use or recommend this business again.
