While the cart itself might be a good cart, the customer service is atrocious. I was talking into buying A five-year extended warranty on this cart and paid $1000 for it. I was not told that the extended warranty would be non-transferable. STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE . After I waited 2 months for my cart it finally got delivered at 11:00 PM by a non-resident on an old rusty trailer . It was a total disaster, and I called them to come get it immediately.. I wrote a previous review explaining everything wrong with it and was called and told that I need to take it down.. I canceled the contract and a month and a half later they are billing me for the monthly payment and say that I still owe them for cancellation fees and repossession fees . Recently bought a Whisper W3 golf cart from this dealer. Needed the golf cart on a Sunday, so Joe the store manager decided to drive it out himself so we could have it on time. Next day I had a very minor issue and he immediately worked on this to get my issue resolved on the same day. Lastly, Joe has an awesome personality! He is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet!!
Be very cautious of dealing with this company! I purchased a pre-built cart almost 3 weeks ago and can never seem to get anybody to respond on the status. The one response I did receive was that it was getting ready for shipment, but still no shipment has occurred, and my sales rep doesn't respond to calls or texts to be able to give further updates. I rated this dealer in error with 1 star. I was upset with myself and blamed dealer which I regret. My mistake. The dealer Steve took his time to educate me on the cart Nd features. I was impressed with the dealer and manufacture because they are made in USA Tennessee, I would highly recommend the dealer and Manufacturer. Terry

Beware of this dealer If u put a deposit down and 10 days find out u can’t use it where u thought and cancel they charge 25% of deposit. They have nothing invested since the dealer said the factory was at least 6 weeks out. I’d say this dealer is guilt of deceiving people and can’t be trusted Call me if u want Terry
