RecommendedTheir staff is super friendly and make you feel at ease. They don’t hesitate to answer questions. The atmosphere there is fun and easy going. Dr. Carter is humorous and at the same time professional. David makes you feel like he has known you your whole life. Abryl, and other ladies all call you by name and make you feel like a long time patient they are very familiar with you. The results of the surgery is great. I can see more clearly and no longer need glasses. That is a huge plus. Thank you Carter Eye Center.

The doctor was very good in explaining what I would go thru in cataract surgery. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. I can see so much better now that I’ve had the cataract surgery in both eyes.

Dr. Carter is a miracle worker. I had high myopia vision. I was so nearsighted that I was legally blind without corrective lens. He performed the dysfunctional lens surgery on my eyes. Now I can see better than ever. No thick glasses, no painful contacts. No fear of driving. Thank you , Dr Carter.

Dr. Carter performed a consummate and highly skilled cataract & lens replacement procedure on my left eye; two years ago he performed the same. The result is like the good book says, "he has made the blind to see..."

Carter Eye Center has been amazing. I came in to the consultation and they were ready to do surgery the following day. (I ended up having it yesterday) The procedure last a max of 15 minutes and is not painful at all. Dr. Carter was very reassuring during the surgery and gently kept reminding me to keep my eye still, or to look towards a certain area.
