Everyone at the practice is professional and kind. I've never had an experience quite like the one I had at Cary Family Dental. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. Thank you for the amazing service.
The entire staff is top notch. Certainly the most professional and friendly dental practice I have ever been. Trust them completely!
Very friendly staff, they take time to listen and are patient-oriented. Dr. Acton is terrific -- a couple of weeks ago my mother was in town from NY and a bridge had fallen off of her back molars and I called Dr. Acton that Fri night and he was kind enough to come in on Sat. a.m. and see her/give consultation. Did not charge for the visit. Thank you again, Dr. Acton! That was much appreciated!
I have been a patient for over a year and always loved my experience until very recently. I had an appointment to get a filling which went just fine. Dr. Duncan told me that down the line though I would most likely need a root canal. A week of incredible pain later, I was back at the office and told that I need a root canal immediately if I wanted to stop being in pain. Although the front desk people are very nice but there are many negative parts. First, they don’t disclose that their practice is not in network with any insurance. Second, their prices are extremely high and not fair. Third, they attempt to make the patient to come back for multiple visits that isn’t necessary. Overall, I give this place 1 star
We are new to the area, I called the practice to make appointments and make sure they accepted my insurance as I know it pays 100% for preventative and was informed that they do accept my insurance. We showed up for my kids appointment, everyone was very friendly, we did wait a half hour after the scheduled appointment to be seen. I told them my kids had been seen with X-rays 6 months prior but they said since we had new insurance and they didn’t have the records if they saw something alarming would be the only reason they w... read more

Yes the people are nice here .. i guess you would be if you expect to rip me off!! They wanted to charge me 180 dollars for crown insurance!! Are you kidding me!! If you can’t do it right the first time then buddy you have a issue! I have a crown that’s over 40 years old! Guess how many issues i have had with it! 0... this place charges double of any dentist i have seen here and i have lived here 30 years .. please people check around .. shame on you guys !!�

Many of our patients find that dental warranty saves them future costs after unforeseen damage to the work that our doctors performed. For this reason, we offer dental warranty as a completely optional insurance to our patients and we encourage all our patients to find a dental home where they are comfortable with the service, as well as the cost.
I went in with a tooth bothering me but was told there was nothing wrong with it. Two weeks later I'm back and they tell that tooth is completely broken and had to come out. When the dentist said if I had come in earlier they might have been able to do something. I almost lost my mind! So I had the extraction and bone graft, which wasn't covered by insurance. Even if they paid me back my $750 I still wouldn't have a tooth. Both disappointed and angry. I'm not going back. My wife won't go either. And I'd advise to avoid this ... read more
