While I generally hate dentists, I love Cary Family Dental. The administrative staff does a great job and is really friendly. The hygienists are excellent. The most surprising part is that the docs do not do any services that are borderline or unnecessary, as previous dentists have done or recommended. They even involved me in the decision process on a procedure I could have done but was not necessary. The doc even said if it was him he would not do it. Dr. Acton and his staff care about their patients. They provide several services beyond the typical ones and have helpful suggestions for improved oral care. The office is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and modern. They make every effort to ensure you’re enjoying your experience, including TVs on walls and ceilings, private rooms, water/coffee while waiting, dental care package after cleanings, etc.
I had a crown break not fun, however they got me right in and took care of it. Amanda (Theo) was great, she was efficient and quick (didn't even feel like I was at the dentist) Thank You!
