This company installed my AC. New construction. They do not register your unit for you with the manufacturer, which most decent companies do. So now instead of having a 10 year warranty, I only have a 5 year warranty. I've had issues from the start with their installation. They don't care about the customer. They got their money and they're done with you.

This business can't be trusted. They came for a warranty call, completed the work and only at the end disclosed that it's not a warrantied and there will be an extra charge. Can't recommend

Caryl installed the havac unit 7/2/22 in our new construction. Once the winter temp went below 20 degrees the system stopped heating. There tech came out and claimed the previous tech didn't properly install the unit. Move along to date. Im having A/C issues. The unit isn't cooling the neither zone. Ive had 7 techs come out and they've all had different findings. I just had the Gm of the company come out to see what he can do. Now he claims the compressor outside as a defective part. They installed my HVAC system in my new house. Since we moved in, we have had a $500.00 power bill with no explaination why. After their two visits of changing the thermostat and finding nothing wrong, we called another company. Here is what he found from their horrific instalation that has done major damage to my system. My house was built in December 2015, I closed and moved in February 2016. I was advised by the superintendent for the builder of the contractors, there numbers and warranty information. Not long after I moved in I had some TVs mounted and to hide the cords the installer had to go in the attic. He said that that my attic shouldn't be this hot and that I should get my system checked out. I don't know how any company can be any worse than this one. I would never have hired them in the first place after I read the reviews online but it's a repair under warranty and they are the only HVAC company my builder provides and I thought I'd just give them a chance. After they canceled the first appointment, it was followed by three no-show-no-call ones.
