One phone call in the morning, followed by online credit app, tell the salesman which car I wanted,then show up after work. Sign papers, get in my new car. Easy, fast, no hassle experience. My salesman Eduardo Hernandez was awesome. Knowledgeable on vehicle.

UPDATE: The personnel at Casa Nissan took care of business and made things right. The drive belt was replaced once more and there were no further issues this time around. I was compensated for my inconvenience. A special thanks to Mr. Billy West (service department manager) and Ralph Camacho (service advisor) for the excellent service. I appreciate the way everything was handled. We brought our 2005 Frontier in to get serviced for squeaky/noisy drive belt. Car dropped off at 10 AM. I heard nothing back from them.
