Did not come through for my cat in her time of need. Too busy to care.
I for one have been a little disappointed at the lack of customer service. There have been a couple of instances where I felt they did not care about the customer. What business says to a customer 'come back later, we are going into a staff meeting'. All we wanted to do was pick up some flea meds.
Dr Callahan is the best! However, When I called the desk about having dew claws removed for 5 puppies I was quoted $185. We have been loyal customers for 6 years. This is Crazy. Went to Amazon they charged $55 to see the momma 1st puppy free, 4 others $10 each for dew claws. We have a new vet.
