Exceptionally thorough. Michelle even wiped the spider webs from the surrounding trees & bushes. Very knowledgeable about the pests.

My technician Chris is courteous and is extremely helpful for the problems my house is dealing with: yellow jacks, beas, aunts, bieds, and rodents. The office staff is nice to work with.

I have been very satisfied with Cascade Pest Control. I first used their service in 2012 to address carpenter ants and rats. Both issues were solved to my satisfaction. Now in 2018 rats and mice issues have been revisited and so far, with updated exclusion procedures and strategic placement of snap traps and bait stations, rodents around the house seem to be kept at bay.
