They are great about telling you that your meds should be ready on a certain date. Then say we will let you know with a new text when it is actually ready. I NEVER receive the second text. I show up at 1100 one time on the day it says it should be ready and it was in a basket on bottom but ready. Next time I show up around 130 and it’s hanging up (marking they should have let me know it was ready) but still no text. When I ask them they say they usually aren’t ready til 330 on that day.
