I had an existing loan process started with a different lender and was not satisfied. Casey made the process so simple. Mr. Cotton was very diligent about keeping us informed about the progress of our loan. He was also patient in explaining to us each step along the way. I felt like I received a real education in mortgages. Even though Mr. Cotton works for the lender it seemed like he still had our best interest in mind. Mr. Cotton was ahead of what needed to be done next which made the entire process extremely efficient. Overall he did a great job and I would not hesitate to recommended him.
