Casey had great email response. He was let down by underwriting team behind him! They appeared to communicate but once a week. This caused the rate lock to expire by one day. Casey and his boss were able to get the additional rate lock extension fee of $600+ reversed after I raised strong objection to it. So overall things worked out but not smoothly.

Casey Jones made it great! He is the best and helped me every step of the way. I know he didn’t receive much commission off of our loan because we are VA and a lot of fees were waved but he treated us like we were giving him thousands of dollars to be our loan officer. He deserves as much recognition as you could possibly give him and if you give raises he deserves that too. In my opinion you can’t get much better than Casey Jones because he already is the best!
