Absolute hassle trying to cancel an extended warranty. I know they didn’t want to do it because I’m sure someone took a pay hit since the markup is incredible. Save yourself the trouble and shop at a different luxury dealership where the workers won’t hang up on you in a huff when you call in. Not to mention their joke of a trade in offer when they called 2 years later to pester me since they’re short on inventory. Carvanna quoted $27,000 and they asked if I’d take $14,000😂
Would not recommend Castle auto sales. I over paid (my fault) on a 2017 ram 2500 truck sight unseen (had my mechanic go through the truck) while working in Alaska having it Delivered to Sequim WA and the experience was unenjoyable to say the least. There in person buying experience could be better but I definitely feel taken advantage of at this point. Updating my review... they get 2 stars because I LOVE my car, but they are turning out to be the classic used car salesmen that we all hate. I paid slightly more than Kelley Blue for my car, I’ve seen MDX with similar mileage with more feature for $2,000-$3,000 less than what I paid. So I didn’t get a killer deal. It came with only 1 key.
