Established care here for our two cats in 2021. Since then, there has been high turnover among both the physicians and staff. It has become nearly impossible to get an appointment, and when you do, it is often rescheduled. We also boarded our cats here over the holidays and the experience was terrible. I’m beyond disappointed in the care that my beautiful cat received at Cat Care Professionals and I will never bring my other cat through your doors. I don’t know if having faster treatment for hypertension would have meant that my cat would still be alive but I do know that the vet said hypertension could cause her symptoms.
