If you need boots and you're in Wichita Falls, then this is the place to go. They have a little bit of everything and even sell clothing and hats. I like coming here, but it's a little on the pricier side. They also have a military discount if you're serving.
Bought boots for my wife and two kids here. If my pair of Twisted X boots ever wear out I'll get a new pair here as well. Staff is very helpful and the prices aren't bad. They have a 10% off military discount so make sure to show your ID if you have one. Also, there is a coupon at Sheppard AFB lodging for a free belt buckle with a purchase over $10.
We just spent $1,500 in this store today, 3 pairs of boots and 6 pairs of jeans. There were 3 women that helped us that were super sweet, not sure what one of their names were but she was wearing a pink blouse, the other 2 employees were Lirin and Daisy! Those 3 women were super helpful. On the other hand 2 women working there, Kenley I think was one of their names and possibly a manager, maybe by the name of Lauren, wearing a blue blouse were terrible. They have a good selection of clothing, as well as boots, but they're sure proud of it all. God-awful service though, every single time I've gone in. Employees all have a holier-than-thou attitude and don't care to help unless you're as uppity as they are. The employees could use a good lesson in basic hospitality, although I'm sure management is falling short as well.
