Very nice young man helped me pick the right pair boots today, I think his name was chandler. Very patient and helpful salesman. Will definitely come back for whatever clothes/ boots I need.
Stay away from the Justin boots mine fell apart in a month and they wouldn't exchange them. The heels rot almost instantly when they get wet because the heels are made from compressed paper
Came here to exchange 1 pair of jeans I bought that didn’t fit and buy an additional pair. I asked where the jeans were because I had never been to this location before. the young man helping me asked if I knew what ariat jeans were and if I knew that they cost upwards of $100 then proceeded to follow me while I shopped. I didn’t need help. Piss poor customer service. I will drive to the next city before I come back to this location.
Terrible, unfriendly service. Not greeted, not helped while trying boots. Spent $800 and the cashier, Rozay, handed me my receipt with an angry look and said nothing.
My husband and I are both very tall and slim and have a hard time buying clothes in person, most places dont carry our sizes in store. This store carries a huge selection of sizes and I was able to find great fitting and reasonably priced jeans, tops, and work shirts for us both. Cashier even told me if they didn’t have something we wanted in our size, to let them know and they could order it for us. Super helpful sales associates, clean store, great selection. Probably the best Cavender’s I’ve been in.
