Anna was extremely helpful. I needed a square toe boot that zipped. She showed me all the options. I was only able to fit one style. However, she advised me to check out their website for more options. She was a great salesperson.
Wanted to buy a nice Stetson and get it shaped. The store told me I could get it shipped there to be shaped. No, Cavenders HQ says they won't ship to stores for pick up. Only home delivery. Except good luck ordering a hat for home delivery and getting it in decent shape. Terrible. This should not be so hard.
I just bought my first pair of Ariart work boots from them. The service was excellent. They didn't have my size on the floor, but the associate quickly brought me what I needed, then walked me to the register. He recommended some cleaning and leather softening/waterproofing products that I really needed. Great product at a great price with excellent, knowledgeable service. You can't ask for anything more.
Was in the store for over 45 minutes looking for my size in which none of the jeans were in size order the associates never came over to check to see if I needed help and when leaving they said have a good day not did you find what you were looking for very un professional to say the least and you wonder why are buying online
I ordered online cause I couldn't get any service or no1 to acknowledge me walking in or in the store and I was the only customer in the store.
